QMS Pedigree
Many of today’s quality management systems don’t require certification – they allow you to assert your compliance to the standard, but that doesn’t get you a pedigree – you’ll have to romance your Customers to get them to believe your compliance. There’s nothing like providing your pedigree to win a Customer’s confidence. The certification number allows you to get past the “overhead” questions and get down to business (price and delivery), which makes the investment of your time to achieve certification “golden”. Unfortunately, every standard is written to be effective, which means you have to find a way to make your implementation of the standard efficient – no worries – Efficient QMS™ makes any quality management system efficient using existing employee(s).
